I’m Auliʻi Aweau, a cultural healing and leadership strategist working with individuals and organizations navigating burnout, transition, and complexity. My work supports people carrying real responsibility, for teams, communities, systems, and futures, who know the current way isn’t sustainable and are ready for clarity, not quick fixes. I bring healing, leadership, culture, and accountability into the same conversation, because separating them is why people burn out and systems break.

How I Work

My approach is grounded, direct, and practical.

I work from lived experience and more than two decades of leadership, healing, and organizational practice. I help people and institutions name what is happening beneath surface challenges — burnout, turnover, misalignment, or stagnation — and move toward responsible, actionable change.

This work prioritizes:

  • Healing as foundational to leadership

  • Nervous system regulation as a leadership competency

  • Cultural integrity as a requirement, not an add-on

  • Clarity before growth or scale

I don’t offer performance-based solutions. I support sustainable change.

Cultural Integrity

I am a Kanaka Maoli, a Kumu Hula, and a cultural practitioner. Culture is not branding in my work — it is kuleana. When cultural frameworks are brought into leadership or institutional spaces, they are facilitated with context, care, and accountability. The work remains grounded in relationship and responsibility.
